Please preserve our beautiful farmlands. We don't want Macomb Twp to turn into Warren.

The constant building in our communities is so disappointing for those of us who have moved out to these northern areas. We purchased here because of the beautiful land we get to live near and see every day and appreciate the animals that can surround us. Then more and more buildings unnecessarily go up constantly. Can we not preserve anything? Please consider not allowing construction on this area.

The rezoning goes against the master plan and the congestion at 25 mile and Romeo Plank is already horrific. Please do not rezone.

This is a terrible plan and will force many residents to move.

This CANNOT happen. Our roads are already under serving the traffic flow, and this would make things considerably worse. It's not that this ONE development would be such an atrocity, but it would open the door for countless others. Look at Chesterfield!

The roads in the area cannot support the additional traffic that multi family housing will create.

I feel this would change the area into a densely populated area, bringing all the problems inherent in this type of zoning. We purchased in Winding Creek because it was single family housing and a child friendly and safe neighborhood. The lack of high traffic and safety of the area was appealing, and important to us as senior citizens.
