I would love to see Grant open a Creole style restaurant in Magnolia Springs. I think the corner of county rd 26 and 49 is a perfect location. Grant had a love for cooking at a very young age, just like his Granny Blanch. He is definitely a gifted chef and a great businessman. Magnolia Springs and his Creole heritage are very important to Grant, I’ve always told him that Magnolia River runs through his veins. I know him and his wife Maritza will make it a fabulous restaurant that we can all enjoy!
