Really? Of all places a low income government apartment complex could be built. They choose this area which would totally destroy the hard working homeowner's property value. There is plenty of property on out 84 West. This is just more of Obama policies of HUD housing. I can only imagine the escalation of the crime rates in these nearby neighborhoods if this is passed.

The entrance of the Higlands is not an appropriate area for an Affordable housing development as it will negatively impact the current property values and it is not similar in dwelling size, lot size and values as the current structures. We do need more affordable housing options however not in this location. I also do not agree with putting a gas station right in from of Highlands elementary and it seems unnecessary when there are gas stations on both corners of that same road and others up flowers chapel within a mile or two.

Have enough gas stations & convenience stores in area & ABSOLUTELY AGAINST Low Income Housing in area. You are only decreasing the value of homes we invested in for years. This should be voted on by homeowners in area & not the decision of one money hungry investor...

This is the wrong area of town for this type of development and will hurt protect values and increase crime.

I have two three gas stations a mere mile away from my house. I don't want anything there other than park. Yet, I know that the city commissioner is probably getting some type of kick back...

This is ridiculous! There is an elementary school nearby that does not need any type of business that could endanger the children.
