Need to allow business that draws variety of people, all hours of the day, and days of the week.

This should have been done a long time ago! I work at a hotel here in Pella and I always get asked where the closest brewing company or entertainment pub is and get weird looks when I say Knoxville or Pella. Definitely a GOOD investment for Pella!!

Please rezone the downtown Pella area to allow this restaurant to move in to a currently empty store front. It would be such a boon to have this type of establishment in our city and not have to spend our money outside of Pella.

This would be a great addition to Pella. The owners are great people and happy to help you learn more about different types of beer and the brewery that makes them.
We enjoy craft beers and it would be wonderful to have these option available in Pella instead of traveling to Osky or Des Moines.

Beer brewing is now a college course. This is good economics and would be good for downtown Pellagra.

Excellent idea. Only history of this occurring is with dive bars with no food available. Keeping it upscale will enhance the Pella ambience.

It would add more diversity to and boost the *local* economy more than a "Super Casey's"!

Why not? In the recent past at one point there were 6 empty storefronts downtown and there has also been much turnover and changing of hands during that time.
