The Cellar Peanut Pub is a well run establishment with a welcoming, friendly environment. It's not your typical bar atmosphere but a relaxing place which supports the craft breweries in Iowa and the Midwest. They are also socially responsible and support several local causes through fundraising campaigns and events. The Pub would be a great addition to Pella's unique local businesses and provide an upscale entertainment venue for adults of all ages. Pella, approve the rezoning request...you won't be disappointed!

As delicious as the bakeries are, Pella needs something else to stay relevant with the changing times. A high end tap house fits the bill perfectly.

This establishment would drive significant economic development for the Pella downtown, and make Pella an ideal place to LIVE-WORK-PLAY. Especially among the young professionals that Pella continues to work to attract to key employers in the area.
