Hang them in public area like in olden-days. 5days being handcuffed & allowing public to know when he would be hanged to Death. Make him feel the shame of embarrassment, realize the crime he has made, not able to do anything(public allowed to throw stones @him & beet him), allowing girls to look @him like a world's biggest crime done & knowing that GUYS will be punished for it, GUYS WHO SEE HARASSING AS A PROUD MOMENT => to SCARE THEM & SHOWING IT IS A CRIME WHICH WILL NOT BE ENCOURAGED BY Gov or Public (Most important POLITICIANS). If POLITICIANS are supporting this "I'm sure the guilty people will be punished, not punishing the innocent one's like 'the we see in news now-a-days' ".
CHANGE MUST HAPPEN & WILL HAPPEN Or else BHARAT MATHA IS GOING TO DIE ! (which is not good for innocent public members)

Rape is a more than murdering a person it hurts the the self respect, confidence, identity of victim is shattered, because rape victim die daily due to consequences victim faces daily , difficult for women to get married, difficult for rape victim children to survive , the relatives distance themselves, society and friends ignore , victim is left alone to handle her life in isolation. We should have law like we gave in middle East that the person found guilty of committing rape should be hanged in middle of the road and killed , castration should be done on guilty person or persons. The laws should be made stricter and enforcement should happen at ground level, because everytime such unfortunate things happen , government form committee , issue remains hot in news and media for few days or weeks and later everyone forgets it and everyone proceeds in their life as usual as if nothing happened.

Rape is become more hype than terrorism in our country.... Try to bring down this very soon if not India will become no.1 anti rape country in the world ......give woman same equality and save them .. best way is to chop those rapping tool to bring awareness to all those rapist out there .....
