Revoke the 2019 Reef Amendment Act and Check the Science

For TOO long faulty or inaccurate or biased science has been used by people who want to change the world to suit their own agenda which is based on their biases.

Dr Peter Rudd is the only one telling the truth & who doesn't have his hand in the taxpayers pocket.

If the government has funded the research, then the government deserves to have this research independently verified to determine whether this Act is based on good science, and is not the output of activists wearing lab coats.

There must be very good justification for imposing legislation and regulations on farmers. This legislation lacks both common sense and scientific reasoning. Politics is at the heart of this legislation, and a complete disregard for farmers. The legislation should be repealed and the process commenced again to determine what if any effects there are of farming on the Reef. There will be far less regulatory excessive ways to ensure there is little runoff from farms that might affect the Reef. The effects of runoffs from increasing coastal urbanisation must also be calculated and considered for effects on the Reef.

Base the law on science not popularity

I support Dr Peter Ridd in his stand for the rights of the farmers. He understands the reef far better than those who introduced these damageing regulations.

Keep up the Great Work

Peter Ridd is the science expert and we should listen to him not those who are pushing a political instead of a scientific agenda.

Whatever farm runoff leaches into rivers, its journey to the ocean stops when the river meets the ocean. Only inshore reefs are affected and are specific corals which can cope with the increase in nutrient levels. the Great Barrier Reef is not affected because it is well offshore and is constantly flushed by the Pacific Ocean circulation leaving fresh ocean water constantly.

This abuse by Labor/Green and the unelected radical/activist environmental Bureaucracy must be stopped and called to account.

Political correctness must stop interfering with real people facing real problems. PC blinkers are hurting too many.

The real science shows that we have, in fact, got very healthy coral in our waters.

I strongly support academic freedom and condemn the illegal sacking of Professor Peter Ridd.

Universities need to be held accountable.

People who stand up for their truth, can only given the highest respect, now let us have a government of the same calibre as Peter Ridd. A government that is Full Truth.
