Scientific practices should include rigorous checking of methods employed and comparison of hypothesised outcomes versus reality in order to asses strength of theory. I encourage the Qld government to review regulations forced on farmers on the basis of spurious hypothesised reef science outcomes.

I don’t want to harm the reef. No one does. People’s livelihoods are at stake here. Forcing legislation on unchecked science is criminal.
