A 118 year tradition has come to an end. The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M have been rivals since before any of us were born. However, this rivalry has ended. The goal of this petition is to show the support of the people towards bringing back this rivalry. I will be writing a bill to make it a law that the two schools play, and this petition will help immensely. Please take the time to sign so that those of us that are so passionate about this rivalry can see it happen again.
I am currently drafting the language for the bill to bring this game back to the schedule. Send a copy of this petition to your state representative today and tell them our sports history is worth protecting by law.

The momentum behind this effort is undeniable and shows that people are ready to see this tradition return. Now take this link and text three friends to keep the pressure on our representatives before I deliver this bill. Post this on your Facebook feed so the state legislators see the scale of our demand.
