We must have forums to ventilate human rights violations against individuals by states. Accountability is imperative for the rule of law. Bring back SADC.

Africa's commitment to social justice should be taken very seriously. The SADC Tribunal provided, albeit briefly, some hope for SADC and the continent.
Evidently, the reinstitution of the Tribunal brings a renewed sense of commitment to those most vulnerable to the shocks of social, economic, and human rights violations.
I am happy to support this initiative. SADC is better for this. The rest of Africa finds this model worthwhile and we demand that it be done.

Tribunals allowing individuals complains should be guarded and not abolished. They help in protection and promotion of human rights.
