Something HAS to be built on that property. It’s been WAY to long and a major eyesore. Retail plus residential units make the most sense especially if no one else is knocking on the door. Get it done!

The Village of Glenview has undertaken, at great cost, many studies over many years exploring revitalization of out village. In that time one block has seen redevelopment & a few retail stores have situated themselves. Wouldn't it be great for the town of Glenview to be a destination? The "Bess hardware" property NEEDS to be developed NOW!

Glenview will continue to attract young families with the promise of a revitalized downtown near the train station, as well as reasonable local taxes. We need this to go through!

Glenview can't afford not to approve the development. 9 years of blight on the Bess Hardware site is long enough!

I support continued development of downtown Glenview including the current plan for the Bess building.

We need more dense residential developement to make downtown Glenview viable. There are not enough housing options for people who don't want single family homes, and greater population density is the only way to keep the retail environment alive.
