As far as I'm aware this young man 22 years of age has always followed instructions given to him for any job assignment. Never failing to complete his tasks as long as those instructions were clear and delivered in the appropriate manner with clear communication. Will be a good company asset if allowed.

I worked with Andrew on a number of tasks. He was helpful, knowledgable of both the tablet maintenance manual and the logbook procedures. Never once did I have to look for him when assigned a job together. He was always helpful, engaged, and pleasant to work with. Should this decision stand it will be American Airlines loss.

Andrew Pena is a good mechanic, willing to learn, and has great work ethic. He would not do anything with malicious intent

Andrew is a hard working guy. And I don't see him doing this because he loves his job

Andrew is a well mannered and polite person who has shown nothing but consideration and cooperation with the AA team. He is always helpful and in my opinion had nothing but the safe and timely maintenance of AA's aircraft as his number one priority. He is a valuable team member who will be greatly missed if this miscarriage of justice is not rectified.

Andrew is a great mechanic and an excellent worker. It's hard enough to get good workers, but to fire them unjustly is terrible. For a company that claims to be a "premier " employer, AA talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.

Everything I have seen of Andrew has been positive. He has offered me help when his assignments were completed on several occasions. I've never heard anyone complain about him. He cares about doing the job right. He is a team player. I speak for many when I say he deserves another chance.
