We believe that the custody and child support laws need to be revised Many of the laws that are presently in place are justly unfair to both parties. Some of the parties receiving the money are not using it accordingly for the children. There needs to be more joint custody so both parents are involved. The tax deductions are unfair to the payer. Payers of child support have the right to know how the money is being spent. A quantum part of the payments should be allowed to be set up for college funds. Money needs to be accounted for. Custody visitation laws are not in the best interest of the child. The court system does not include personal gifts as part of payments. This must be diversified. Let our voice be heard.
