Create a mandatory 30 years to life sentence, with no early release/possibility of parole, and permission to sentence using the death penalty in applicable states, for imprisonment of any adult person convicted of
- Murder of a child
- Abuse of a child resulting in death
- Attempting to unlawfully remove an unborn child from a mother's womb
- Sexual abuse or misconduct of a child, including rape, molestation, sodomy, forcible sexual acts with a child, etc. (Not including statutory cases)
- Parental/Guardianship involvement, consent, or knowledge of sexual crimes against their own child
- Involvement in/propagation of child pornography, forcing children to create pornographic materials, or possession of child pornography
- Involvement, propagation of, or knowledge of child sex trafficking
Let's create a national law for stricter punishments for child abusers and child sexual offenders. Please, give our children a voice. Be the protector our children need and deserve. They can't fight for themselves, please help bring justice to the innocent.

I have been reading through all your comments and honestly it is so overwhelming to see how many people feel this same kind of burning rage for Brianna. It is just a constant heavy weight but we have to keep pushing because the system keeps letting these kids down and if we stop talking about it then nothing happens at all and that just cannot be the end of this story.

Seeing the momentum pick up like this honestly makes my heart race because it really feels like people are finally starting to pay attention to what happened to Brianna. It is just so overwhelming to think about how many of you care about this as much as I do since for a long time I felt like I was shouting into the void about these laws.

Keep her locked up bc she can still have a baby and the poor thing will suffer the same fate as Brianna. Shocking behaviour from a mother and father.....so inhumane.
We need to be the voice's of these innocent children. Who are to young and small to stand up for them selves
Lets add that there's no statute of limitations. That way the victim should be able to come to peace with themselves and as far as wrecking the monster's rep too bad ya SICKO!
Yes her mother n whoever was involved should get life in prison!! Poor lil innocent angel endured so much pain!!

We must end this abuse against children. Who hurts a brand new baby? Even criminals are disgusted by child abusers! Get rid of them they are not needed!
