We need to do something about cars parking on and ruining the grass verges, over-flowing traffic at the astro-turf and recent concerns raised over vermin sightings in the village

RMG legally robbing us. Also paying for these cowboys and the council. Once the roads are adopted the RMG bill should go down.

I felt a bit sorry for this petition so I thought I'd sign it and bring it up to 211 signatures, leaving only 1039 to go. People always have to whinge in Buckshaw, they simply don't know when they've got it good! For those moaning about charges, may I remind you that you signed up to the charges when you purchased. Remember that nasty piece of work that was here until recently; Danielle Twitty, I hear she's back on
the prowl under her own managing agency, why don't we ditch RMG and sign up with her instead and then you might have a reason to complain!

when i moved in 8 years ago i was told management fee would be £150 per annum...i actually pay 2 fees totalling £102 per quarter! rude & unhelpfull staff.

I'm happy, we have to pay regardless and I'd rather pay RMG then someone we don't know.

RMG are charging us ground rent but a lot of Buckshaw has been adopted back by the council so we are paying double for a poor service. When the floods occurred, where were RMG to support the community! they can't even keep the roundabouts nice and tidy!

The first year i moved here the fee went up a £1.00 fantastic 4 years later beside the normal fee from the courtyard fee 163.00 now 276.00 bit bad when wages in reality do not go up like this disgusting
