A resent Army Directive has been published to completely RESET student WO1's date of rank to begin after their flight training and WOBC, so that they won't promote to CW2 until 2 YEARS after they graduate! This is unfair and unnecessary. Hundreds of students already in the middle of their flight training did not sign up for this and have been cheated out of their rank and money.
