Can not accept the arrangement. Can school consider to use the half for kids playing in playground or doing homework, instead of cutting off half hour school day without discussion with parent?

While the School claimed the decision was made "after serious considerations", it is clear that such consideration did not involve any consultation with parents of the affected students. The School may share different views on the suggestions raised here, but it is appalling to see the School jumping to a conclusion without listening and value the opinions of others.

It was totally unreasonable to shorten the school hour due to no snack time. This decision is made a BIG TROUBLE to the working parents. Due to start class at a later time, it is impossible to drop off the kid to school bus . Please reconsider the decision to provide the biggest benefits to the kids and the parents, hopes that revert to original school hour and school bus time !

It was not reasonable to cut the school hour just because of the snack time. Kids can do reading themselves or finish their assignments in class.

Very disappointed that school didn’t consider the parent’s situation. Suddenly shortened the school hour from 3 to 2.5 hours will cause lots of trouble to parent’s daily arrangement. Pls reconsider the decision and keep 3 hours school time.
School suddenly change school time, we do not have enough time to arrange our pick up schedule. Hope school can consider this change. We recommend to maintain 3 hours at school.

I think this is just a policy allowing the teachers and staffs can have more time to finish their big breakfast instead! How lazy of them indeed!

如果因疫情關係，沒有茶點相信大部分家長都會接受及贊成，原本的茶點時間，可安排其他活動；但如果是因為沒有茶點所以該段時間不需上課，從而縮短上課時間，相信沒有家長會接受，況且茶點時間只有2-5分鐘。 請學校考慮小朋友的健康同時，亦請顧及家長的難處，好多在職或兼職家長都是送完小朋友上校車或送回校後，急急忙忙趕上班，並不是每個家庭都有工人丶長輩支援。校方沒有向家長作出任何咨詢的情況下，一意孤行縮短上課時間，造成家長極大困擾。
取消茶點時段可以理解和接受，但根本沒必要縮短上課時間，這安排極不合理，請維持原有上課時間！！
