Doug, I agree with this and would like this petition to be passed. However my concern is that states will not have money to fund this and it will not be done as it should be and will not help fight this obesity epidemic. For this to work I think there has to be money in each state to hire the qualified PE teachers, to provide training, and some way to enforce the law. Also I think we need to look at this on both sides and see what the pros and cons are before we pass this law.
