I am sorry...but how you "Identify" yourself has nothing to do with your biology. You use the facilities that your plumbing says you are....period. If you are displeased with this you gave two choices. 1) Use the facilities in your residence and not the publics. 2) Go and get your reassignment done...with your own money...and then there will be no problem.

Let us have a third gender neutral bathroom/locker room where all transgendered people can use it together. But, then, I'm sure that would make them uncomfortable to be a "woman" having to shower with a "man"......#NoKidding #SorryNotSorry

Reverse this now! I will not vote for any person who supports the outrageous idea that it is allowable to put my three daughters or any female in jeopardy simply because a male believes he is a female. This is simply unacceptable!!! You have now opened up a free card to every pervert out there that will take advantage and you are clearly willing to sacrifice any one else for that matter that lives their life on a normal basis. Shame on you if this does not get repealed.

And ya, sorry, but if I taking my little kid to the bathroom and I see something that isn't a woman part, I will gladly be going to jail cause I refuse to be silent. Its WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.

Any representative that voted for this and won't overturn it should be personally liable or the state should be liable for any lawsuits for children or anybody who is made to feel uncomfortable in a private place. Let's bring on 100,000 lawsuits against the state today

Please repeal this abominable law. It guarantees that parents trying to protect their little girls will be persecuted. It guarantees the unchallengable freedom of EVERYONE pervert to molest and rape girls and women and completely cuts off any recourse or effort to protect them. It is a mockery of common sense, a violation of free speech as well as a violation of public safety. And all of this without the public getting a say or vote? This is reprehensible and anyone who supports it CLEARLY has a nefarious agenda.

Someone said the law was never meant to protect a person from being offended. But the law would allow sexual predators, in the name of transgenders, to be in the same bathroom, was not to prevent and protect children and women from harm either!
