Please, protect us . I cannot imagine having to use a facility where men are at the same time. I especially am afraid to take my grandkids in a restroom like that.

I work in a school across the river in Oregon. There is NO WAY this absurd rule should be allowed to stand! This is totally ridiculous. Children are no longer safe in the state of Washington!

Laws should not be made that benefit a handful of people. The safety and welfare of everyone should be considered. I have a transgender nephew and I discussed this issue with him. He said there will be people who abuse this law.

In May of 2014 in Camden County a mother was charged with child abuse because she allowed her children to shower with their father. The judge declared she was grossly negligent and also declared "As a parent, Maureen had a fundamental duty to be aware of and protect her children from potential risks in the environment, including those that may come from the other parent." Showering with children is a social crime but the WAC Policy is trying to normalize adults of the opposite showering with children. Let parents protect our children and STOP THIS CRIME!!

My concern with this ill-conceived HRC regulation is that in my opinion, it extends an open invitation to child molesters, rapists and peepers. We must protect our children not make it easier for those who may do them harm. As a woman I will never, under any circumstance be comfortable using a restroom that men may use as well. I am not unsympathetic to the transgender plight. I do feel that this is the rare case where granting those whose gender identification is opposite their genitalia the right to use restrooms, locker rooms etc appropriate to the gender they identify with is too costly. I believe the risk is too high for our children. I would appreciate everyone taking a moment to consider if they as a parent, would send their child into a public restroom at a park if persons of the opposite sex will be allowed in the same restroom as their child?

Please repeal the open bathroom rule. It is an outrageous concept and can only be the beginning of most people feeling like their human rights are being violated. Not to mention the easy access ability of predators to the innocent. Repeal it!!

Putting young people at risk is not acceptable. If necessary, require a 3rd gender-neutral option or "family" bathroom to accomodate this population. Do not take away the right to privacy/safety of the majority of the populationy for another group's preference.

Makes me sick that this is even an issue we are forced to deal with. Repeal this ridiculous rule. NO penises allowed in any bathrroms, locker rooms, showers, etc. NO discriminating against women and girls by violating our rights to privacy. People confused about their gender can use the gender-neutral/family restroom, period.
