This is not a well thought out policy. Sexual predators will use this to gain access to bathrooms and locker rooms. Not only is it a safety issue, but I don't know anyone who thinks it is ok for young girls and women to be exposed to men's genitals in the shower room.

Please make the choice to keep women and children safe in bathrooms and locker rooms. If there was ever a "war against women", this is it! We have a hearing in the Senate, and we the people, want and need one in the House!

I want the bathrooms to be safe from the FEW that would choose to use the ability to say that he 'identifies' with being female ... only to gain access to the women's bathrooms and changing rooms.

What's to stop a perv from going to a women's room simply because he claims to "identify" as a woman. This is a terrible idea. Please do not give sexual predators easier access to their victims.

The people who passed this must have evil intentions in mind, or could care less what could possibly happen to their mother, sister, girlfriend, daughters or children in general!! Makes everyone want to stay armed and/or out of public showers or changing rooms. So VERY unfair and dangerous to school-age children!!
