Men should not be allowed in women's bathrooms or locker rooms & women should not allowed in mens. At least provide businesses & school to create a private family bathroom to be used by anyone making so a transgender person can use that bathroom. This law is wrong and puts women & girls at risk. Statics prove that more rapes accrue in bathrooms and you just gave rapists & pedophiles a free ticket to do harm.

No...If there is a penis ...let him stand like the rest of the males...Come on people !!!! This is crazy !!! Gender is gender ...Some man might get shot at a rest stop if he goes into a female restroom....

this is not about hate, this is about safety for all women and our rites as women to go to the bathroom without some strange man in it. Do you even realize how as women we have to use the bathroom. We have to remove our bottoms to use it we have to use it to change sanitary napkins during our cycles we use it to change our children diapers. we already keep our guards up in public bathrooms. But now I find myself Leary of even going into public bathroom. This is already a very hard thing to do in public without having to think that some strange man can walk in and no one can do anything about it. We are in compromising situations using a women's public bathroom. This is not a room for anyone other then a women who was born with all the female anatomy to be called a women.
