Please use common sense. Men and women ARE different, and just because a man "identifies" as a woman, doesn't MAKE him a woman.

I feel this would be abused by those who are not truly transgender and cause young people to be even more subject to that bad behavior. No we cannot stop that, but this law is an open invention to that behavior . Violent sexual crimes will occur and thus the state and citizens will be sued relating to this. Who who ever but this together was not including the bad people... Yes the bad folks will do want they want, but now they have a legal out..... it will happen. Change the law

This "rule" reflects the fact that "common sense isn't always common." It makes no ethical or moral sense. Please protect the vulnerable; repeal WAC Rule 162-32!

I totally agree to REVERSE the Washington Open-Bathroom Policy. I do not understand how "Open-Bathroom" policy is passed. We should protect our loved ones (not only mothers and kids, but also ourselves from possible harm by "open-bathroom" policy. Please! May the justice be done in our land! This is everyone's responsibility.

This policy needs to be rewritten and we need to provide a third alternative for bathrooms either a family bathroom or one designated to transgendered
