Repeal the Washington Open-Bathroom Policy Now!

This policy leaves women and children in danger throughout our state. It also attracts predators to our state because it gives predators access to women and children in an enclosed area. Please protect American women and children.

If I or a family member of mine of was in the rest room and someone like this came in how can I assure our safety from them being sexual predators

I understand the restroom accommodations necessary for youth in gender transition, however why are the rights of few more important than the rights of many. Businesses should be required to have lady's (I'm sorry, but if you have a penis, you don't belong in the lady's room) and men's restrooms as they currently do. A small room/closet could be converted to a bathroom...one toilet and sink with locking door. Privacy, safety, and comfort for all. Crisis averted!

Please vote to protect the privacy and provide safety for all of WA states' women and girls!!

This policy that was passed without a vote of the people is horrible. I do not want boys in the bathroom or locker room with my daughter or men in my bathroom or locker room. This opens it up for any pedophile or pervert to prey on innocent girls and women. What about the right to our privacy?!?!

Absolutely get rid of it! It is offensive and disrespectful to all women!

I feel sorry for people who are confused by what gender they are. They should seek help and yes, we sold have compassion for them. That does not mean we allow them to have access to bathrooms at free will.

A guy was in the girl's shower across from my friend at the gym. That is so not right.

I had encountered a transgender man in the shower area of my gym this past week. I didn't realize the person back there with me was a man until AFTER I was done with my shower! I was mortified and still am. I don't know if I can go back. What about my rights to privacy as a natural woman? If your DNA says you are a man, you don't belong in the woman's restroom or locker room. Period! This ruling by the UNELECTED human rights commission did not take into consideration MY rights or the rights of my children! Time to stand up and fight REAl woman!

I demand our children feel safe.

I am a single father trying to raise my children with morals, decency, and yes, compassion, empathy and understanding toward others. The school or any other bathroom / locker room is not the place that I want my children to be introduced to seeing adults or even other children with the opposite genitalia. There has to be another way to do this. WAC 162-32-060 completely disregards the Indecent Exposure law RCW 9A.88.010. The HRC has completely overstepped their boundaries on this. This is not against L,B,G,T,Q or any other designation...this is about common decency for our children and our society.

In the name of goodness and safety, please reverse this dangerous Bill ,especially to our children.

These folks need to conform to societal rules and regulations. If they are embarrassed, use the stall. Predators are creative enough without help.

Make a third bathroom.

I can't believe this was even passed! My children should not suffer just because a FEW people feel sad they can't use the bathroom they want.
