This "rule" is outrageous! As a youth I was "flashed" by a man on the street on my way home from the store, was "felt up" by some fruitcake outside the local laundromat, and if I had had to deal with a man in the ladies room, too, I would still be in therapy. This "rule" has the potential to cause enormous emotional harm to youth and adults alike. I cannot understand how anyone could see this as a "good" idea!!!

This rule is completely insane and should be repealed immediately. How are people supposed to know when someone "thinks" they are of a certain gender despite their outward appearance (and genetalia) to the contrary? This rule basically gives perverts a huge go-ahead to do what they want and get away with it.

This is 100% wrong. Wording making it to women who feel uncomfortable should be directed else where. Making unclear language on what can be asked, before you get sued for 'offending' someone. If you're that bent on it, then find the funds to provide unisex facilities in every location. Can't do that, well then it's not important enough to you.
