The HRC was way out of line with this ruling. Not only should they have no ability to make any law but if this is the type of laws they make they need to be disbanded. Repel this very dangerous legislation!!

HRC should be working to protect all its citizens, not just a few. Women and young girls need protection, too. The only reason the ladies facilities have traditionally been safer is because we haven't allowed men into them. The new WAC codes would open them up to any man without question. How can this make it a safe place for girls, cisgender women, or transgendered women? We need to come up with a real solution. Educate the public. Get public input. Engage with more than just the minority to work out a system that protects everyone.

Please consider my daughters safety .. This rule opens he doors for pediphiles everywhere. Because of this rule we will not join the gym, go to our community pool, and even hesitate going to a mall..
