I lost my baby also named Marley for the very same reason. I hope yours turns out better then mine did. My poor Marley was in a dog fight with another dog I tried to pull them apart and I got bit, well I need stitches so I went in and she was put to sleep after her 10 days in jail then killed.

Never should you allow a male in a female restroom or a woman in a men's bathroom. It is impossible for a woman to use a urinal. This is a disgrace

While I'm against legislation that allows harm of LGBTQI+ individuals, I will say that the concept of anyone who identifies as "Trans" being able to use the bathroom opposite their own genitals is dangerous. By all means, create more single-use unisex bath/shower rooms that lock from the inside for anyone's usage. It's not a matter of Trans discrimination; it’s the age-old issues that both genders have had while intermingling (If this is the new norm, why bother to have separate male and female dorms then? Does this mean we should just allow both/all genders to intermingle so Transsexuals don't feel uncomfortable?). Neither men nor women should feel they have to hide in their stall until someone of the opposite sex leaves so they can shower or wash their hands. I don't want some creeper heterosexual man coming into the woman's restroom, locker room, or dorm and insisting that I'm being transphobic when he is abusing that loophole to violate my privacy. We already have enough issues with inappropriate heterosexual and homosexual interactions in gender-segregated areas. Please proceed with caution!

Over here in the UK we get on just fine with transgender people using our bathrooms. Everyone's fine with same-sex marriage as well. So stop living in the past.

Repeal, science is reality. If a man or woman has a desire to identify as an animal...do we need to acknowledge, affirm, and accept them as such?? Making accommodations for them to engage in acts inhumane and in complete defiance of their true biological form and species?? I think not, you may feel close to something but the moment you choose to identify as something you entirely are not, it clearly indicates psychological issues, or forms of autism. There is not one person I have seen in my life who has chosen to act on these personalities that has not had also various forms of personality disorders, depression, bi polar, acute or mild autism, or history of sexual abuse or a combination of the two. I and other woman have been attacked or recorded in the bathroom by men before. Transgender women may experience the same assault but they will never know what it's like to become pregnant from an attack and have to make a choice on what to do with that life..and they are not real woman.

I feel for those who struggle with gender identity. They need love and understanding but there are better, safer solutions that do not involve putting all other children in extremely uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situations. This opens the door for literally anyone to enter places that should be as safe and comfortable as possible for our children. We can find better solutions rather than just opening the door to absolutely anyone!

This is not just a privacy issue, it is a security issue too. By allowing anyone claiming to be gender confused, you are allowing rapists, serial killers, and abductors free passes on vulnerable children and individuals.
That is a National Security Risk.

This is crazy!! I do not want any man going into a restroom with my grand daughters!! If they mandate this for the school systems, I know a lot of people who will not send their kids!!

We need to keep our kids safe. We should not allow this. I have 2 girls n a boy so understand me when I say I don't feel safe w my kids going to the bathroom when the other sex is allowed in there w them. This stops now!!!!
