How do you protect the regular people with this new rule? How do you prevent some people doing wrong thing with this new rule? This will cause great danger to regular people, I feel no longer safe to enter any pubic restroom now. So absurd!

In my past I have been a victim of stalking. This new policy could be the nightmare of many girls and children! I was under police protection as a girl.

This is my recent take. Eventually, these new WAC codes are going to bite the liberals in the butt! If we keep going down this crazy road, affirmative action will need to eventually be thrown out the window. Soon people will be demanding the same inclusion for identifying as trans race, transable, transage etc. In other words, people will argue for special privileges due to identifying with another race than what they were born with, a disability they don't really have, and a different age bracket based on how old they perceive themselves. (As you probably already know, there are already real life examples and documentation of this already happening in the world.) Eventually, it will be against the law for applications to include the little box asking what gender someone is, what race and how much income one brings in. Basically, even a census will be illegal. No more will African American or Women Studies will be allowed on college campuses as that will be foreseen as discriminatory and not inclusive enough. Heck, we just had Bruce Jenner being highlighted for Woman of the Year on the front cover of Glamour Magazine, so I wouldn't it make sense to have a white Caucasian be awarded the same honor on the front cover of Ebony Magazine? Of course I am being sarcastic, as I don't think the African American population would appreciate that based on what suffrage their culture endured through slavery etc. Basically, cultures would need to be rendered as extinct (So long China Town, Epoct and It’s a Small World!) Finally, imagine all cost of these ramifications! For example, people who identity as being older than what their birth certificate states, will be allowed to collect social security earlier and on and on! It's only a matter of time people, not if but when. This gender identity nonsense needs to be stopped now!

This fully disrespects so many people of all different beliefs and values. Why do continue to act like we are victims. Are we not any longer held accountable for our own lives and not want to affect everyone else's just for ourselves. How is this not completely self centered.

Granting safety to one subset of the community at the cost of another is wrong. There has to be a better way. Perhaps installing privacy stalls in men's bathrooms. Please keep bathroom safety a priority for women and children! Keep men out of our bathrooms. I now don't feel safe in a public restroom. Who is going to change the law back to make sure I am safe?

Please revisit this new rule recently enacted. This goes against the rights of other people - the right of safety for children and the rights of "straight" folks. I'm ashamed to even claim that I live in WA state and if circumstances would allow, I'd move in a heartbeat. So very sad to see what this state has become!
