Very disappointed in you Governor Inslee for allowing such a dangerous and uncomfortable law. You have put the desire of the few ahead of the safety of the women & and children of Washington State. Shame on you!

The language in this is scary concerning Free Speech. This could be used down the road as precedent in unrelated cases to effectively make freedom of speech illegal. Additionally, as predicted, there have ALREADY been 3 confirmed cases of sexual predators taking advantage of this policy to gain access to bathrooms and their victims. FRC has the details.

I'ts not about who you look like on the outside, it's about who you are on the inside! A restroom should be for girls "or" boys not girls "and" boys. Biologically.

It is appalling and sad that we even have to sign this because this should not even be an issue! Men belong in men's rooms and women in women's! It is a no brainier!

I am pro same sex marriage and I don't care about someone being transgendered I just think if you have a penis you should go in the mens and if you have a vagina you go in the women's bathroom for all public places. Private establishments can make up their own rules.

As someone who someday wants to have children I remember as a child not being able to go to the bathroom alone because the danger of predators was high. That was with a closed bathroom policy. Opening women's bathrooms and men's bathroom it opens the possibility for these people who are predators to give them the perfect way to get to the young children of America. People can identify how ever they want but just like handicaps and families get their own bathroom maybe we should instill a bathroom for those who identify with a different gender than they were born with. This gives them a safe and comfortable alternative while also protecting children, men and women from harmful situations since there is no way possible to know who is actually transgender or not (because I guess that's not illegal as well). I believe that making our bathrooms , open bathrooms was a huge mistake and we need to look at it for a wider perspective.
