I think this is the worst idea anyone could come up with. I have grandchildren that need to feel comfortable using a public restroom, not worrying if the person in the next stall is crazy or not. If they transgender want to use a restroom they need to use appropriate restrooms.

How am I suppose to feel safe in the bathroom with my two girls when I know a man can walk in anytime. It's not the transgendered I'm worried about (all power to them!) it's the men that will take this law for granted and harm women and children. Please reverse this!

If this was a joke, I would laugh. Unfortunately, it is not. It is simply the stupidest piece of legislation I have ever seen and it is certainly dangerous, especially for our children! This needs to be deleted!

This bill does more than just make women's bathrooms safe for any man who says he's a woman. It eliminates sex-segregated facilities in favor of "gender-identity" segregated facilities. By law, a female who is uncomfortable with a full-bodied male in the locker room is to be "directed to use the gender-neutral facilities, if available." If safe gender-neutral facilities are available, why shouldn't the the male in the women's locker room be asked to use them?
