I'm not against gender identification. But I do think this will open up a whole ugly can of worms, allowing predators more freedom to commit their crimes. I have 3 children who I need to protect. Create a third option bathroom, gender free, open to anyone who doesn't want to identify with a specific gender. Protect the people who do.

I can't believe the lack of foresight in adopting these rules. Leave the bathrooms/locker rooms as is, or a world of trouble will open up over this .

As a young woman I want to have the freedom and peace of security that I will not be raped in a bathroom or changing room. I also work with children and nothing is more important to me than our irreplaceable children's safety.

I can agree with this once a person has the identifying parts. If a man identifying as a woman still has male parts, they have no business in the woman's restroom/locker rooms. Should work both ways. How will we know who genuinely identifies as a woman and who is just a pervert using it as an excuse to gain access?! Not right and should definitely be reversed.

This policy is an open door to perverts and could cause rapes. I would be very uncomfortable with a male in a bathroom or dressing room with me or my Grandkids. Make a bathroom that is only for transgender to use.

Once a person has a sex change then fine but if they still have male parts they should not be in a bathroom or locker room with female children. The public should have been able to vote on this.

I nor my daughter should EVER be near a naked man who is a stranger regardless of orientation. Waaaay too many people to take advantage of this situation. Once you get a sex change, then that's fine!

This should have been brought to the people to decide not forced on everyone for a few peoples supposed comfort, meanwhile thousands more are made uncomfortable because of their own sexual udentity.

I support all of the people and things I hope the lawmakers were trying to support when this was passed. But they sadly missed the target and are creating an unreasonable infringement upon the rights of everyone else around them. I don't have an answer how help meet these people's needs; but I do know this is not the way. Please, repeal this and go back to the drawing board.
