Create more " family" bathrooms or singular bathrooms, but do not put out young girls, children in harms way, by the predators and people who will abuse these laws.

I had a friend in WA in just the last few days who had an adult male, dressed as a male, walk into a bathroom after her teen daughter. I don't know if this was on a dare or what, but the daughter was quite scared.

This is so much more than open bathrooms. I'll be darned if I'm going to allow any man in a locker room my daughter may be in to undress in front of her or anywhere near...or she in front of them. This is seriously just wrong.

I understand gay marriage and I am a religious women but opening the door for MEN who still have MEN parts in a women's locker room is not ok! I have a daughter and I do not want my children or others to see that nor do I want to see that. Women only and if a man gets a sex change and doesn't have a penis then he is considered a women and that's fine then. But not if they just dress up like a women so many men can take advantage of this and I fear for women's safety and children's in this

There is no reason for this law! We are so worried about offending or hurting someone's feelings that we are forgetting that there is real crime out there and that this is putting people (especially women and children) in harms way! All because we don't want to offend someone?! Make single private bathrooms for individuals to use if they are not comfortable using public open bathrooms that all can use! Then even your most modest can choose this option as well.

This is BEYOND outrageous and removes the safety of women and children in public restrooms. It gives sexual predators that much more of an advantage to prey of their subjects all in the name of "gender identification." It is now their word over the safety of others. This is sick and obsurd.

This over reach by the HRC is short sighted and gives 1/3% of the population more rights than the other 99.33% of the population. It places people in danger physically as well as legally if they question someone about their presence in a bathroom not intended for their biological gender. This is wrong and it needs to be stricken from our laws.

The safety of children should be more important than the right of an adult.

This new policy breeches the safety of others. It also removes others' rights to Free Speech. Unconstitutional.

This is an unsafe policy for girls and women. There is one exist door out of our bathrooms. I have major concern for privacy and safety from those who would falsely take advantage of this ruling - the pretenders - to legally gain access to harm women is a frightening prospect, indeed! This is having rights for the few supersede the privacy and safety rights of the many! Please reverse this scary, policy endangering women and children. Sincerely, a mom and grandma to females, Katherine Riley!

We must protect women and more importantly children. Why would we put children in a vulnerable position of having to go into s bathroom where adults of opposite sex could prey upon them?

Why would the state have the desire to put women and children in danger? This can come to no good.

Please rescind this law to protect the majority.

As a woman, I am appalled that this is even a law. They should be protecting women, not making us helpless.

It doesn't make since that if you were to pee outside you can get in trouble for indecent exposure and have to register as a sex offender but now our state allows this. !?!?!?

This is super frustrating. This is making it way too easy for sickos to have full access to whatever they want.
