Why would you do something like that what about my rights this hole state is going to hell. I'll be damned if I will allow that around my children!

This enacted rule makes sexual predators to easily be able to seek out victims, and since bathrooms and showers have no security cameras, some of them may even get away with sexual assault or even rape. This is a DANGEROUS rule.

When it comes to the safety of my daughter, this is wrong.

I am appalled that we have passed this law. I will never let my daughter be in an "open bathroom" EVER!! Are you kidding me with all the molestation, sexual abuse, and abuse of children we have in this country, this is the way that Washington decides to go. I'm unequivocally opposed. I am a woman, I continue to be recognized as a woman because I proud to be one, I want others to recognize me as a woman, I want my daughters to be recognized as women. I want us to remember that I have a right to my body, and as such I want privacy to do my personal business as a woman with no fear or hesitancy to do so and that means that I need men to be in a separate bathroom. This is absolute craziness and I am ashamed that not only did we spend time and money on this issue as a state but that those who are supposed to be standing up for us in government didn't recognize the insult and frankly, stupidity of this decision. Reverse the policy now. You have now discriminated against myself and my daughters for being women.

Anyone with boy parts should go in the men's restroom. Anyone with girl parts should go in the women's restroom. Why is that so hard to do?

Please consider reversing this. I sure don't remember voting on anything like this. It makes no sense to create such turmoil for so many, and create so many issues, to appease national political pressure and a small group of people who want to be a different sex.

This new law violates MY rights. Majority rules. I shouldn't have to share a bathroom with a man who dresses like a woman.

The nature of humans is man and women — and that is good. I honor the differences, I celebrate the differences, I protect the differences! Natural boundaries —these are good too! I embrace deference's with thoughtfulness, kindness, with equality of rights —NOT with special or exceptional rights, that's prejudicial in of itself. Healthy boundaries are not offensive, it's a lack of healthy boundaries that are offensive; and a lack of such boundaries that allows offenses to be more easily committed. These kinds of exceptions continue to create more dangers not less! When my disabled 'special needs' daughter needs exceptions, that's what they are "exceptions", we do not make demands on others in the community to redefine their natural boundaries. We only ask for reasonable accommodation. “The ultimate test of a moral society is the kind of world that it leaves to its children.” - Dietrich Bonhoeffer

This is unacceptable! My rights and the safety of my children are just as important as someone who identifies differently.

THIS IS A GLARINGLY RIDICULOUS PROPOSED POLICY. I AM EMBARRASSED TO EVEN BE IN A POSITION TO FIND IT NECESSARY TO SIGN A PETITION AS THIS. SHAME ON OUR LEADERSHIP TO INTRODUCE SUCH A DESTRUCTIVE AND HARMFUL POLICY. I BET IF THEY BRAINSTORM JUST 5 MORE MINUTES, THEY WILL COME UP WITH A SOLUTION THAT DOESN'T PUT SO MANY OTHERS AT RISK! HOW ABOUT, REQUIRE ESTABLISHMENTS TO CREATE AN ADDITIONAL BATHROOM FOR THOSE WHO ARE GENDER-NEUTRAL AND LEAVE EVERYONE ELSE WITH A CHOICE OF MENS & WOMEN'S RESTROOMS, ALONE. IF NOT, THE NEXT STEP WILL BE REQUIRING BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR THOSE THAT WISH PEE.
