This is outrageous. Allowing men into the women's restroom and locker rooms puts all women and children at risk. If its illegal for a man to expose himself in public, it should be just as illegal for him to expose himself to these same women and children in a bathroom or locker room. And if this man comes into the women's locker room and watches the children, and we can't even question it, isn't that a form of child pornography? And what happens when one of these men tries to rape a woman or child? Men are built physically stronger than women, and a child would be helpless; but we wouldn't even be able to question their presence!? Women and children shouldn't be made to feel unsafe in areas that should be private.

I can't believe that people brought up in America can think it is ok for a man or woman to go into the opposite sex bathroom! Are all morals gone? Can you not see the problems this presents? It only takes one person's curiosity to spy on the undressed opposite sex. This is sick and very wrong!

Maybe it's time to install private locking bathrooms. But as this is written, it is dangerous and wrong.

I think there should be a separate bathroom for boys and girls and if your not sure what you are you need to have a third bathroom for you not letting that person to be going into a bathroom with people that don't need to get confused we have enough confused kids In this world already

Please repeal. My rights matter. There has to be another answer to gender identification issues. A unisex bathroom separate from male/female would be a logical answer.

So where are my rights as a women, a mother of young women, and a grandmother of granddaughters. We can be made uncomfortable because a person of the other sex demands his right to use a women's bathroom. Are we do afraid of being politically correct we've stomped over everyone else's rights. Please change this

The open bathroom policy leaves our daughters in harms way. A much better solution would be to have a single bathroom available for anyone who wishes not to be in the main bathroom. Family bathrooms have been very helpful for dads needing to help their little girls or moms helping their boys before they are able to go unattended into the main bathroom. Use one of these for heaven's sake.

Everyday we lose more and more of our God given rights under the constitution of the USA. I do have sympathy for those struggling with self identity, but NOT at the loss of safety and well being of others or myself.

If he has the male "equipment" he stays out of the women's bathroom, whatever his mindset! Ridiculous mandate!
