This is not a safe policy. If a person of the opposite sex can legally enter the wrong bathroom it opens doors for perverts and potential sexual harassment.
Use the bathroom that is your birth gender.

Why would men want to use women's bathrooms when the lines are long enough. It should be women use men's bathrooms. But regardless I don't like toilet seats up and I don't like sitting in piss.

I am strongly opposed to the passing of this measure to allow transgender people into ANY women's restroom or locker room as it swings the door wide open for sexual predators disquised as transgender people into these places as well. These are places where women and girls are in very vulnerable positions already. Some have even suffeted abuse in their past and this would no doubt tramatize them!

This is discusting!!! This is putting my children at more risk then they already face,this opens so many doors for predators of all types...Doing this will NOT solve any problems its going to create a ton more.There is absolutly NO way my family/friends or I will support his!!!

Putting the thousands if children at risk to provide for the extremely few because they're uncomfortable is stupid. You want to provide for them ... move them in with YOUR children or YOUR locker room and shower.

Aren't thousands of victims of rape and molestation being ignored in the name of political correctness? Seems the loud minority is navigating the lawmaking in this state. The YMCA in kitsap county is spending 1million dollars for locker room modification, not for a majority of victims but a small percentage. Modify for them so they feel safe, but don't change what already is!
