This is a policy forced on the masses with no way for the governing agency to be held accountable for the harm that is surely to come for it.

I think this will cause a lot of protective fathers, and caring husbands to get themselves in trouble for keeping there family safe.

I was a six year Aberdeen resident and still own a home there. I have plans to move back to Washington. But I will not do it if my daughters are not protected from any man or naughty little boy that wants to follow them in to the bathroom. I bet one or two people complained and maybe made some others feel sorry for them but in my opinion this rule gives more sex offenders access to the bathroom of their choice than transgenders. I'm sure they can get along just fine in life without this rule.

This is an issue to be addressed by the legislature not a commission that adds it to the WAC.

totally not going to agree with their choice in this matter!! I have 2 daughters and I'm glad I go with them but this is just harming every poor child that can't defend themselves or women! Please change this!!

This was quite the last straw for me with the Social Justice Warriors on the internet influencing legislature and people of power in the community.

Make a third bathroom labeled "other". Problem solved. I don't want biological males in the bathroom with my five year old daughter! How is that unreasonable?

WAC Rule 162-32 is poorly written and poorly thought out. It should be reversed immediately and Those in charge at the Human Rights Commission should think before they act.
