Thank you for setting up a petition for us to voice our concern over this ruling. It is utterly ridiculous and I oppose it in every way. May our government have more sense in the future to protect our rights as women (and our children) to have privacy and safety in bathrooms. I was utterly appalled by the lack of freedom of speech involved in this issue as well.

The majority of people want sex-specific privacy and should not be made to bend to the whims of a small, unreasonable and loud minority. This is basic democracy. Compassion can be shown in other ways if HRC ever became willing to actually dialogue instead of forcing their unbalanced agenda on the rest of us.

This law was not made by the consent of the people of the state of WA, and I am deeply concerned that such a law violates the privacy and potentially the safety of many. This law needs to be repealed.

Please keep bathrooms and locker rooms gender specific by anatomy. Single use facilities can be provided for those who identify as other than their biological gender.

We WILL use our voting power to remove from office those who have proven their political agendas are more important than the safety of their citizens.
Please keep bathrooms at per atatomy status and do not make them an open policy for all genders! Not only am I concerned for myself, but for my daughter, granddaughters and all females' security! Thank you!

I don't want a man dressed like a woman going to the bathroom next to me or any other man for that matter out of respect for my marriage and myself as a woman. I have been in men and women's bathrooms and male bathrooms are disgusting and that is a fact. I worked retail and I saw the difference for myself. I don't believe that it's right that Washington would do this to its citizens people and I'm disgusted by the implications of what it will do to a woman's bathroom and our health for that matter. It's not fair to those in marriage will potentially be going to the bathroom next to a man or vice a versa and this bill shows no respect for marriage. This bill is damaging to our people on so many levels and I'm disgusted at the person/people that came up with the stupid idea and it has no respect for one single citizen in this state or the health and welfare our people. I cannot respect the intelligence level of this bill and I do not want to go to a bathroom or somewhere in someone else's husband is or another gender that I do not know. I won't even use the restroom in front of my husband and I am disgusted that you would do this to public restrooms. Keep men and women's restrooms separated and have respect for privacy, marriage and dignity!

I am a female high school student, and the fact that soon it will be normal for young, high school boys to walk into the same bathroom as me scares me. I am scared for myself and other young females in public high schools, and it's not okay that I have to be on guard at school. A school should be somewhere that I go to to get an important education, not a place where I'm scared to walk into a bathroom or stand up for myself.
