Repeal the Washington Open-Bathroom Policy Now!

This enactment, WAC Rule 162-32 is not "human rights" enactment. It is a frightening and foolish mandate to a high percentage of girls/women in public restrooms. It would be cheaper to add a restroom for those who feel they require privacy to protect their feelings of another 'identity'. Don't MIX male & female restrooms, locker rooms, shower facilities. It is preposterous!

Women and children must be protected from potential predators. The bathroom is far too vulnerable of an area to allow mixed genders.

I have two daughters. It is my mission in life to protect them to the best of my ability. And there is no end to how low a predator will stoop to gain access to our children. Please don't give them an open door.

Men and women should have separate bathrooms. Please keep women and children safe from predators.

If not repealed, this rule will "open the door" to voyeurism, pornography, sexual misconduct, and acts of violence. This cannot be allowed. Thank you for acting to safeguard women and children.

I am not okay with men ( who just claim to identify as a woman) using the women's restroom. This puts our women and girls at risk for abuse. Please repeal immediately! A better solution is providing an alternate bathroom for transgender individuals.

I do not agree with men being allowed in women's locker rooms. I value the safety and purity of my children more than someone's inability to cope with the gender they were born with. Pedophiles will use this rule to harm young girls and women.

Women and children should be safe when using a public restroom, locker room, or shower facility. This is beyond wrong on every level. God help us! Please repeal this policy to protect women and children.

Children's rights to safety should always come before those who feel they need rights due to there choices to change gender.

For the safety of our children and women please repeal WAC Rule 162-32. I am concerned about those that will abuse this policy. Any safety net that has been in place at all has now been taken away. The privacy and safety of our children should be of utmost concern and this policy does not provide that.

Absolutely no man, no transgender with men's body parts should ever be in women's restrooms or locker rooms!!! I want to make it clear, I have absolutely nothing against transgenders!!! They have every right to live their lives the way they want. The problem is the prevents and pedophiles!!! And it all ready has happened where a rapist, dressed as a transgenders, claiming to be a woman went into a woman's restroom and raped a woman. That is why I am sooooooooooooo dead set against men going in any women's, girls, restrooms or locker rooms
