This is a waste of time (no pun intended) and money, it’s not the answer. School start times are fine the way they are AND YES I CARE ABOUT MY KIDS.

Ridgefield needs to fix larger problems in the schools such as asbestos oil tank removal immediately, and we don't have the money to spend on SSL. I encourage the BOE to reverse the SSL initiative.

I am not in agreement with delayed school start times. As a mother of 5 ,3 currently in Ridgefield public schools none of our children want a change either .. don't do it please !

My biggest concern (apart from the cost) is the idea that positions will continue to be cut, including mental health positions. This has a direct effect on student outcomes and causes schools to triage issues, often times causing serious situations to fall through the cracks. This is negligent to allow. This plan also causes a burden not only in taxes, but then adds a substantial cost to the shift in childcare. People are not going to want to move their families in if they do the math for the extra childcare expenses.
