UT is so money hungry, it's disgusting how little they actually care about their students. It only takes being here one semester to realize that. Pathetic--and they wonder why the transfer rate is so high

Maybe they need to be more selective in the acceptance process which will cut down on the amount of freshman coming in.

No other school does this and it is just wrong.

this will hurt students overall four year experience. Students come to grow, and love your campus. They live on campus so they can be more involved and you honor them with taking away the housing they prefer and in some cases not even finding housing for them. This is not in the favor of the students

UT needs to either build more dorms, or accept less incoming freshman. It's unfair to force upperclassmans off campus because UT cannot accommodate all of its students.

I didn't like the hojo the first time, you can't make me go back as an upperclassman

I really hope that someday this school makes just one change aimed to benefit current students instead of making more money

commuter parking is a joke as it is. Why not just make it worse, right?

You're booting loyal students into expensive and/or dangerous alternatives. Not everyone can afford cars or off-campus housing, and the parking situation for commuters is already a mess since Thomas was screwed over. Fix your student intake problem before condemning the students you already have!
