Whereas the National Collegiate Athletic Association has enacted the “Jim Harbaugh Rule,” whereby college football coaches are prohibited from participating in training camps and clinics not located on their schools' facilities, and

Whereas participating in such camps offers high school atheletes expert training that they might otherwise not receive, and

Whereas participating in such camps opens up options for high school atheletes intent upon pursuing their football career beyond high school that they might otherwise be unaware of,

Therefore we the undersigned do hereby petition the National Collegiate Athletic Association to reverse their position and allow Football Bowl Subdivision coaches to participate in training camps and clinics nationwide.
