Elderly people rely on this bus service as well as school children & the reduction of this service will greatly impact their day

Please do not reduce the frequency of the 138 to two an hour. We need an increase not a decrease. At peak times there are not enough buses already. This is a much needed service. I find it very strange at a time when people are being asked to use public transport more, to reduce pollution, that the public transport is reduced, it just doesn’t make sense.

For our small Coney Hall community the 138 bus is a lifeline. Please reinstate the original 20 minute running timetable.

When we are being encouraged to leave our cars at home to reduce pollution the consideration to reduce a bus service goes against everything the Mayor preaches.

Keep the frequency to every 20 min.

You hit Bromley with ULEZ Mr Khan then reduce our bus service. Coney Hall area does not have good transport links and this will negatively impact many residents. There has been a lot of mugging of children around Hayes school and local police have had to set up a patrol. This reduction in service will put school children travelling home in a vulnerable position as they will have to hang about waiting for this bus.

Just try to understand how hard it is to get anywhere when you live on the outskirts of London by public transport Try it before you cut it

I use the 138 most days. It hasn't been particularly reliable as it is and reducing the frequency has already proven to be detrimental to me both in trying to meet the associated train in the morning and getting home after a very long day at work.

We need to maintain the three buses per hour. My children depend on this service as well as my mother. The buses can be infrequent as it is. No cuts please - it’s not good and it reduces quality of life. Sincerely, Nicole Charles

I and my son were used to take the 7:12 bus 138 from Layhams Road to work and school. Having to wait for the next bus will take us late and unfortunately there is not other option.

This is not good for the school times and will impact on numbers on the small bus and hanging around at the bus stops.

This service is essential for our children to travel to school. During school run times the buses are busy. Please provide more buses, not less.
