To the National Faith Advisory Board,

We, the undersigned seek urgent action to save our pastor (and pastors nationwide) from the "R1 to EB-4 Emergency." Our pastor’s expiring R-1 visa and EB-4 delays threaten deportation and endangering churches rooted in faith and service. This crisis is worsened by the previous administration unfairly adding 100,000 Special Immigrant Juveniles to the EB-4 category meant for pastors, backlogging it upto 15 years and discriminating against communities of faith. Our pastor and others like him have legally entered the USA and are committed to serving and building local communities with the message of the Gospel and through social action. We ask the Faith Advisory Board to:

• 1. Raise this with the White House
• 2. Urge EB-4 fixes and a separate SIJ category.
• 3. Defend our religious liberty.
