I fear this will set an uneasy precedent opening the gates for ad hoc development in other AOONBs

I’m speechless but not totally surprised at this. ‘They’ seem to think they have their own rules.

The fact that this application was submitted by a local parish councillor, seemingly under the radar with no public consultation is very suspicious . Quite apart from this however is the mere fact that this proposed two story building is totally out of keeping with the surroundings and will be a veritable eyesore in an area of outstanding natural beauty .

'Speakers were asked to declare an interest, but at no point was it mentioned that the applicant is the Chair of the local Parish Council' - Why wasn't this declared??

The council have gone AGAINST the very clear advice of their own case officer - Cornwall Council have gone AGAINST very well argued opposition from AONB officer - Cornwall Council have gone AGAINST local Councillor views/ Neighbourhood Development Plan - Cornwall Council have gone AGAINST a large majority of objections left on CC site - The local council organized no public consultation - Speakers were asked to declare an interest, but at no point was it mentioned that the applicant is the Chair of the local Parish Council ,This isn't misleading it is fact

I want the names of those who voted for this. Then I can not only lobby them directly, I can openly campaign against them at the next election.

I am strongly opposed to the removal of hedgerows at Maker Heights, particularly during the nesting season. I too vote to protect Maker Heights and Rame from the illegal Development.

What a crime to build on such a historic and beautiful site. The wildlife should surely be protected in such a unique area.

The plot is half a mile away from rame head next to the already built houses. This petition is misleading!!!!!
