This is an AONB which should be left as it is, without development, for the benefit of all.

We cannot allow this building permission to set a precedent in an area of outstanding natural beauty. That planning has been granted despite the numerous well argued objections is unbelievable.

Seen this so many times before eg on Looe Valley solar applications when the landowner is on the parish council and despite all opposition, the approval gets granted. Such questionable practice in allowing these applications to succeed regardless of opposition undermines trust and faith in the planning process. Where is the integrity??

This development in an AONB on agricultural land near an ancient monument. This house should not be permitted to be built on this land. Wrong site for such a large and prominent house and garage. If it’s dogs that are the problem put a sign up that dogs must be on leads!
This planning application and the decision to approve needs to be re-evaluated! There is so much local and consultants objections that it beggars belief that CC would pass this.

Why on earth would you allow a construction on Rame Head?!! It’s such a special, historical and beautiful place. The reduced planning permissions are supposed to be to allow developers to build the called “essential housing” in areas where people are struggling to buy affordable. It is not supposed to allow individuals to cash in on buying a luxury property in an incredible area like Rame. I think the council need a check up from the neck up and they need to explain exactly who is benefitting from this project, is it the small community in Rame? Or locals in surrounding villages? And if they are benefitting from a cash injection locally how will that money be used and will it be a long term investment or a short lived one?

this should never have been granted, plenty of backhanded deals in masonic and council chambers here i recon! Have aeen this type of thing so many times lately there seems to be a certian way about it. Destroy the businesses, break the comunity, sell to who ever can build the biggest eyesore for the most profit to feed the greed of one!
