Development here is unthinkable. We in England have so little that is unspoilt and this risks being the thin end of a wedge. I walked the SWCP here very recently and am appalled that this is being even considered.

As usual financial greed comes before anything else. Has the wildlife been taken into consideration? I doubt it. This development should NOT be given permission in an area of outstanding beauty. Build it somewhere suitable.

This was an appalling decision and should be rescinded as totally inappropriate to the area. Surely the applicant, as Chairman of the Parish Council, should recognise that - like Caesar's wife - he needs to be above suspicion!

It would be a sacrilege to build a house in this wild ,awe inspiring spot.that must be preserved for posterity. 6 bedrooms, 27 windows , a transparent case of abuse and frankly unbelievable.

My family has been associated with this area for generations. My great-grandparents are buried in Millbrook. This area is such a treasure, It is a travesty to allow this development.

I know this area well from childhood and frequent visits. I feel to build a large house in this location will set a precedent for others to follow which would dramatically blight the landscape. There is a community of small chalets on the cliffs at Whitsand Bay and there should not be any development beyond that.
It also seems suspect that the applicant just happens to be the chair of the local parish council!
