These appalling planning decisons by Cornwall council have got to stop. Clearly in this case there was a vested interest. This affects people for generations to come. Please overturn this decision and stand up for the Cornwall ordinary people know and love.

It is a natural beauty spot and should never ever be changed. Stop bloody building all these houses in Cornwall can’t cope with the capacity of traffic down here as it is and the damaging affect that infrastructure is having on the planet and the environment is heartbreaking

Rame Head is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Any development should be low-impact and sustainable. The public should have been given more time to scrutinise the plans before permission was granted.

For many years we lived at Torpoint. We never had much money as a young family so we spent a lot of time wondering the coast around Rame and local area. It brings back very fond memories of when my children were young and I would not like to see the area spoiled. In addition, I have come up against Cornwall Councils Planning dept in my local area and I can say that they are appalling in granting planning concepts that are simply ruining Cornwall. They are not to be trusted over planning matters and always favour developers and landowners over the voting/tax paying residents. If they keep getting away with this nonsense, Cornwall will soon lose its magic and become just another over-populated mess that you see all over the UK. Please keep up the good fight.

It does raise the question of who stands to benefit from such an ill-conceived action.

Sounds very suspicious to me. Back handers to some, I believe. Keep the Rame free from development.

I am dismayed and disgusted by this council's apparent ignorant and unsympathetic approach to this application. Your meeting was a shambles, and reinforces the poor reputation you have endured for so many years. Lack of knowledge was so obviously a factor in your inept decision making procedure. How long before this property is in on the market, and who will be getting a little "bonus" from it's sale, because it will happen once the objections have died down and the sale gets hushed up.

This is an area of protected land and it’s a disgrace that someone has be allowed to get planning to build there,, what next? A housing estate, a multi million pound mansion,, Cornwall council think again, we will not let you destroy anymore of our lovely county
