- Cornwall Council have gone AGAINST local Councillor views/ Neighbourhood Development Plan

- The local council organized no public consultation

Rame Head is an AONB, this development is totally wrong and not in keeping with Rame Head and the whole Whitsand Bay area. Cornwall Council should review this decision urgently. It opens the floodgates for other similar development on Cornish headlands.
Near on a 1000 people, the majority from within the immediate or surrounding areas, voicing their opposition to this development. How's that for local democracy. Maker with Rame PC and especially the Chair should hang their heads in shame.
There seem to be so many anomalies with the process by which this decision was reached, that you begin to lose faith in the measures that have been put in place to preserve and protect the beauty of the Cornish landscape, and the people entrusted to carry them out.
This is outrageous and the fact that there was a distinct conflict of interest here which was not brought to anyone's attention when it obviously should have been? was a deliberate act of subterfuge. This will be a blight on an area of true natural beauty.
Yet again Cornwall County Council going against the policies clearly set out in it's own Cornwall Plan and the policies of the AONB. The fact that it happens to be the chairman of the local Parish Council makes it stick in the throat even more.
Scandalous to allow this, Cornwall destroying its AONB for who!!!! and for what!!!? Wake up Cornwall Council.
The smell of corruption is not subtle.

This proposal will seriously affect the sustainability of the breeding Cirl Buntings at this site. An extremely rare bird in the UK and one that the RSPB have invested 10s of 1000s of pounds to re-introduce into Cornwall! Cornwall County Bird Recorder
