This is ridiculous, why are we penalizing the very dogs we are supposed to be promoting!

This is ridiculous to charge additional fees to get this title added to the dog's name. If a CKC member with a CKC registered dog successfully earns the CGN (which should be encouraged!) it should automatically be added to the dog's name. I understand not necessarily mailing out the certificate unless an additional fee is paid, but honestly - it doesn't cost anything extra to type 3 letters in after a dog's name on a computer!

I am a premier member & think we don't get alot of breaks for our yearly fee's .They want to charge us more?? They wonder why membership is declining?? They need to look at different approaches to get money !!

À la fois ridicule et honteux.Nous serions désormais pénalisés d'avoir un bon chien de race duquel on s'occupe? Tout simplement aberrant. Réfléchissez, que diable!

why are members having to pay extra fees? if you want to increase the cost for CGN, it should be for all dogs. But then that will discourage people from taking their dogs to the test.

This is the one title which the CKC should be promoting rather than hindering....responsible dog ownership should be recognized!

I realise it takes a few man hours to tabulate the CGN stats but gouging makes no sense to me nor to the Clubs.

I am a purebred dog breeder and do not think that purebred dogs should be penalized when taking the CGN test.

These kinds of fee hikes are what drives more and more purebred dog owners and breeders to UKC. Is this really the time to hike prices and drive away income to the organization?
