This would be an absolutely brilliant idea, but not only that, being a huge fan of classic who and new who I reackon a mixture of the two would be... Well, fantastic! The character I really want to see return is Susan, but that would only really be possible if she regenerated... ANYWAY, go with this!

This would be a great way to show the current DW incarnation wrapping up some loose ends. Maybe that is a selling point.
